What happen if I'm out of credits?
Upon submit, we inform the submitter that the submission failed to sent.
But we will store the submission (file attachments excluded) so you can view them in our dashboard.
Also we are not going to send you submission notification email.
But we are working to handle it more gracefully.
Tell me more about file uploads please?
Maximum size of each submission is 10 MB, including text and files. So you can send anything as long as the total submission size is under 10MB.
File attachments will be sent along with email, we do not store files on our servers.
Can I subscribe to both Regular Plan and Pay You Go Plan at the same time?
Yes, you can. If you subscribe to both plans, your Regular Plan credit will be used first, if you run out of monthly credit, your Pay As You Go credit will be used.
The Pay As You Go Plan is the most makes sense choice for me. But I had difficulty paying in full. Can I pay in installments?
